Aider has decided to initiate a process to select a new auditor for theCompany. The Company's current auditor is Forvis Mazars, which has served as theCompany's auditor during the past years' growth phase. Following an overall assessment, and in accordance with good corporategovernance, the Board of Directors has found it appropriate to conduct atenderprocess for the selection of a new group auditor, starting with the financialyear 2025.
