Astor Group increases its ownership in Nordic Shield Group AB

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) ("Astor Group" or the "Company") announces today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 2,865,000 existing shares in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB ("NSG"). The increase corresponds to a percentage increase from approximately 30% to 36% in NSG, and payment will be made in cash. The total investment amount is approximately SEK 23 million.

Astor Group has today entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 2,865,000 existing shares in the associated company Nordic Shield Group AB (“NSG”). The acquisition of shares is conditional upon both approval from ISP and that no other shareholder in NSG requests to increase their ownership through pre-emptive rights. The final number of shares Astor Group will acquire will be announced when the deal is closed.
