Poonawalla Fincorp to issue multiple-tenor bonds, bankers say
India's Poonawalla Fincorp POONAWALLA plans to raise 30 billion rupees ($338.36 million) through the sale of bonds maturing in one year and five months and through the reissue of September 2027 bonds, two bankers said on Tuesday.
It will pay a coupon of 7.55% and 7.5285%, respectively, and has invited commitment bids for the issue later in the day, they said.
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
