Sometimes that means someone is trying to accumulate it. Think about it, if you're a whale, you want people to sell you stock . You're rich, you don't care, so you create a bunch of accounts -- or hire a PR firm -- and start bashing it online. Comment boards for small caps can have a big effect on the price
