[Heads Up] XVG Trying to Breaks Out of Downward Trend

XVGUSDT trying to break out of its long term downward trend. We can see that the is RSI Reversing. Also, we had hit the bottom & recovered with a lot of volume last week.

It had already tried once & failed to capitalize earlier. But what do you guys think? Is this the start of a new rally?
