Second buy signal on Tezos

We have a new buy signal on Tezos coming in around $1.54 the previous one at the end of May was at the $2 price range. If you took the same position size on both signals the average would be somewhere in the middle around $1.75. Price is currently up around 10% from the signal. Risk here is Neutral and we are still in a bear market so manage position sizing accordingly.
