Climate change into Corp. control ....Legarde is sneaky but she is smart. What climate do you think they're talking about changing? She is saying "WOAH hold on now big boys....you're gonna fk up the system if you keep taking and you not giving...we need to adjust"
read in between the lines..this new system is to help adjust these new regulations. We call it a trade war...it's called "lets find a middle point" lets "level the playing field" ...we have heard it time after time. These old folks move slow...but they're addressing problems that have to be fixed...so why not make a little future money by patiently waiting????
