How quickly XRP could top once it finally runs (based on '17-18)

When XRP ran in December 2017 - January 2018, it took only 23 days from the date it started running until it topped.
Therefore, it wouldn't be surprising for it to take such a short timeframe again to hit its top, once its price finally breaks out.
