Ripple, price on resistance & trendline

Ripple is around a strong S/R level (between .19300 and .19900). Now the price has two possibilities: or it bounces down again and retest the previous support level (.15000 - .14450) or it breaks the resistance and the trendline higher. In the second case, the bearish trend could be considered as finished and it could start a new strong bullish trend.
