We had a 'breakout' from overall pattern however it's been 'weak' to say the least with sideways movement. We also have identified long term resistance trend line which has been used before to push price down from that area.

Will we have a breakout?

If we were basing it off indicators and pattern from USD chart, yes, we would be looking at a strong breakout, however due to nature of XRP market, it's hard to estimate.
