XLMUSDT: Not a long song played...

The Stellar Development Foundation burned 50% of tokens from its own reserve. Is such “burning” permissible or is it just a miserable pump? This is nothing more than a miserable pump, which cost few billions, but failed to impress. So sad... It's time to punish these crooks.
