Xlm delays time well.The 3-week chart opens a new candle on October 2nd and lasts until October 22nd, which may be red as a close.

I would like to believe otherwise, but such an SPD marked with a white arrow usually means a decline. Many coins fell below where I expected them to rise. At the moment I'm out everywhere just in case.It may rise to the pink line, but will likely bounce back down from there.

I'm pretty sure a strong pump is coming! I'm not so sure about that red arrow in my analysis, it's just one possible possibility that usually can come up.If the decline comes, it will not exceed its recent lowest peak. And if it does come, it delays the coming of a strong pump, nothing else.
