Gold has formed a pennant pattern and appears to have broken out of the pattern with a relatively large candlestick volume.
The pennant pattern emerged following a sharp decline after several days of upward movement—like climbing with stairs and descending with an Lift.
On the larger timeframe, there is potential for a Head and Shoulders pattern to form.
