Since we have 5 wave down from the highs to wave (a) blue, zig-zag may be unfolding which will end @$400 which I doubt but we can have a deep correction maybe 78.6 of the move down then correction will be like expanding FLAT

REVISED, If we get a strong impulse to 1200 then that would be wave 3(1.618), wave 4 @ 100% and 5th wave at 200%. If price breaks 1240 level the cycle to the downside is over. Current structure looks like ending diagonal
