WSC - Elliottwave analysis - 3rd of C wave up

WSC - It is in zigzag ABC wave up side, where 4th subwave of 3rd of C wave is in progress and correct more. It is good buy in small pull back near 20 level for the target of new high as 5th subwave of 3rd wave above 21.50 or higher.
