WNDW - one to keep an eye on around $3

Last year 1st rally rekicked off from 0.5 fib, 2nd rally dropped down and found a push at .236 fib
On this 3rd rally we are consolidating around 0.236.
I'm looking for a 4th touch on bull trend line
