Verizon Communications-VZ.Unperfected 8 and 9.Retest of low 6/7?

On the weekly we had an unperfected 8 and 9 from a TD Buy Setup.It isur possible that the lows of 6 or 7 can be tested ,before price move further(Normally up but there is no guarantee).
