VXX double bottom (long) HAL retest failure (short)?

Watching oil carefully here. Lets see if the retest failure confirms, next couple days. The inversion is clear between VXX and HAL, and IWM as well. Do currencies lead or follow? Hindenburg Omen event noted by some.
