VOW3 about to hit resistance line started in 2009...

As we can see in the graph, VOW3 is about to hit a resistance line which started on March 9th, 2009. This line was solidified on March 18th, 2020. Morningstar currently classifies Volkswagen as five stars, with almost 70% discount to fair value. The extremely large dividend yield is ice on the cake...
