VIX Signals SPX Drop Imminent

When the VIX diverges off a recent bottom or bottoms it can sometimes signal an impending SPX decline.
This happened just before the September drop and its happening again in early January 2021.
This signal will be invalid if the VIX declines below its 11/27/20 bottom.
