VIB has found support just before the .786 fib line which is a major buy signal for traders. BB are extremely tight. 50 Ma just crossed the 100 MA bullish. Macd is extremely tight as well signaling incoming volatility. RVI just crossed bullish. I would expect a break UP soon.
