Whats really going on with USOIL and whats next

Its too early to call out a bottom. Its close but not there just yet. Price is just approaching its target. It can go fast or it might take some time. I keep the options open but I will wait to go in long until I see price to complete its move and a clear reversal. The upside target is clear as well but I expect price to range a lot quarters ahead. Right now I will stay on the sidelines until price action gives more Intel.
