Possible Start of some Upside momentum

USOiL : Price has met with a substantial wall of resistance , from the convergence of 20, 55, and 60Ma's and with H4 & H1 50% retracement levels 'standing guard' above.... if price manages to break through and hold above these layers, we could see some serious upside momentum
