Long Term Targets for Oil after the minor reversal

Looking at Weekly indicators, one can deduce that long term bearish targets are
42.79
39.76
36.73
33.70

After a minor reversal (Bump) as indicated in my previous Idea, I believe Oil is headed for at-least the 36.73 level over the next 3 weeks.
