WTI bearish flag, before flag

Plan A: if price doesn't break to the upside the $65 level I will be shorting any pullback down to $61 with a conservative stop loss in case the price is pushed deeper to the 61.8% retracement level.
Plan B: Buy at $65 aiming for multiple targets $70 - $74.
