Hurricane could bring prices lower.


China's Oil Demand Decreases hence Seller's in place atm.

BOC hikes rates for the 2nd time in a row now 0.5 to 0.75 0.75 to 1

Hurricane could affect factoring. There will be more necessary for oil

So prices could be heading up mid term but downside move is essential first.

Trade with care..

Lowest range expected is 18-22
