Has WTI Run Out of Juice?

This looks very similar to the 3/27/2017 to 4/12/17 run up. Low volume coupled with strong price action is usually not something you want to chase imo. There are instances where this isn't a foreshadow of a pullback or correction, and this may be one and run straight to $55, but considering the external factors. I am not seeing it at the moment.
