USDT.D 4h Update

USDT.D is still on it's way down to those two blue areas. The black area can be broken soon I imagine and on the other hand BTC can reach that pink area ( about 18300-18800 $ ) I told before. Watch out for taday's FOMC. I will update the Ideas after that.
