Reverse of RUB

So, I see current situation so. The 5 wave in C was horizontal wedge, that point out to strong power of bears in Russian Forex market in Bull cycle, and, as a result, probably in nearest future we will watch sharp devaluation of RUB. This situation correlates with dynamics of Russian Government Bond Index. However there is probability, that is was wave 4 in C, but it seems to me low.
