Bullish on USDEGP

The price is retracing after a big downtrend or it could be reversing the trend but it's too soon to say
the targets are the major MOB levels which corresponds with Fibo:
1- 16.4500 which corresponds with .382 Fibo
2- "17" which corresponds with .681 Fibo
