USDCAD in daily timeframe ,Based on previous analyzes, we said that we are inside the impulse waves (leading) and this impulse is inside the wave c in the weekly time.
This wave probably consists of waves 1, 2 and 3, and now we are inside wave 4.
Wave 4 will be zigzagged according to our count and from this zigzag wave a is completed and now we are inside wave b .
The form of wave b is similar to the pattern of head and shoulders and is such that it can wave 4. Finish in the same range and descend to the end of wave (3).
But in general, for this downturn, we will expect a pullback to the neckline of the head and shoulders , in which the downtrend will occur again, and then we will decide to continue the downtrend or ascent.
Until Fibonacci 0.618 is broken for wave b relative to wave a , we will consider the uptrend.
