S&P 500 rising wedge getting tight. 4500 top or stretch to 4600?

Simple rising wedge pattern and fib levels. You can see the S&P is right in the tip with very short pullbacks. Will news from the Fed this week cause a breakout to the downside form 4500, or will the idea of continued QE and stimulus cause a rare breakout to the upside and go for 4600?
