Uber Price Osculations

Uber has had only one "really major" Price Osculation in its company history on March of 2020.

The oscillator looks like it could go "more positive" or "more negative"?

March of 2021 seems like an important time frame?

Does anyone know what the total company debt is relative to sales? Is the "net debt" per quarter added from previous quarters?
