TWLO - This looks like it got distributed already

I am seeing two frowns already on this stocks. Big signs of distribution phase. Seems to also complete and inverted cup and handle pattern. If TWLO gets below 100, this will be the signal to take the price transition seriously.

Will short when prices break below 90 and hold below it. Near term target of 78 with a longer term tagert of 65. This stock is alread dead in the water.
