TUR TURKEY'S ETF looks bullish

TUR (MSCI Turkey ETF) is consolidating before a possible major move to multi-year resistance. I expect it will break the line in its second attempt. Turkish stocks is relatively cheap and it will outperform major exchanges in the coming years.
