This looks like a simple three legged counter trend (bear market) rally from the lows in TQQQ.
Prefer to sell against last week's highs as a stop level ultimately looking for new lows over coming weeks.

Down $4 or approx 20~% the last 2 weeks, now oming into support at the Nove lows. May get a relief bounce from herre but looking to resell rallies in coming weeks for fresh lows.
