Currently Market is not stable so you can take your first buying at $0.40 but its risky, but according to me it will give another chance of demand zone you can take first entry in demand zone and after that if market falls unffortunately than you can average your buying beacuse TOMO is altcoin which recovers fast. And another reason is event on 1st september of "Tomo Dao". Anyway its my reasearch before investing do your own research.
