Capitulation phase initiated for Tilray!

Tilray has broken downwards and today may mark the start of capitulation. The definition of a financial bubble argues that capitulation will lead to the return to mean trend line for the underlying commodity. In this case, a price target of around $45 is the target for the end of the year. However, Tilray is extremely oversold so it's not out of the ordinary to see some hiccups on the way down.
