TLM, Braked the ATH or not?

Hey everybody
as you can see the TLM's chart about to braked it's ATH, though if it does, we should first wait on a pullback and then HUNT for an entry point!!!
there's a scenario in my mind I feel it'll go like this,
Please tell me what do you think about it and which crypto do you suggest to invest on as a short term or midterm investment.
