RSI Divergence in Tata Motors

I have seen RSI Divergence in tata motors. But it's near 200 ema strong resistance and another strong resistance is at 312 levels. If break out happens we will have a good swing target. What do you think ? I am not sure about it just applying my learnings. Guide me if I am wrong.
