Selling to Buy on SPY

Personally looking to get some long term positions to hold onto. Due to market conditions this is how I see the year ending. We are up an enormous % on the year for the S&P so it likely needs to cool off a bit before year end and then give us a slight rally due to some artificial price pushing at the end of the year going into January.
