SPY and DJIA Short up and coming for next 140ish days?

Been following stocks (nonactive) for ten years. Now am moving to swing and day trading.

Thoughts? I'm seeing a clear HS position downward, probably rebounding up afterwards (due to strong US economy beyond energies)
