Bearish EW count

Bulls need to make a higher high on daily or bears will soon take control.
That could be happening as soon as monday after the greek vote Tsipras has called for sunday.
Bulls haven't made a higher high in 2 month. Indicators are slowly but surely deteriorating and the ma's are flatlining.
On the 4 hourly chart, I see a wave 4 being set in thursday/early friday and a wave 5 will probably come today friday the 31.07.15.
As soon as a high is set in above thursday's high, the market could be ready for bears to take control according to EW rules
