SPX is doing a perfect reg flat

I posted my SPX chart last night as well .As Elliot wave Elliot wave ,this looks like a flat and SPY is doing exactly same. If SPX moves any point further beyond this , then I will have to recount as per wave rules and this will be a 3 wave move. But DAILY is suggesting it is a FLAT and VSA is also confirming where wave 5 can stop
