SPX / M2 Money Supply looks bleak

The theory that all the assets in the world = all the money in the world.
This measures the SPX (S&P500) / the world m2 money supply.

The downward sloping resistance had a break (fake) out, and it looks like it is rolling over at a treacherous point.
