$SPCE - Thoughts on Cup and Handle formation?

Looking at the 4-hour chart on SPCE it looks like a decent cup and handle pattern has formed from 2/11 to 6/28. The handle is forming with support at ~$45.40, short term price target would be $60 to complete the handle
