Sneaky Silver - I See a Pattern

Is silver making a bottom since it touched down and was oversold on the 19th? It has tested it twice now.

It seems the ascents from lows to highs are becoming less and less steep, what does this mean? It's a genuine question, I have no clue.

I have noticed on the RSI, silver seems to bounce between 40 ~ 60, quite controlled one could say.
