Buy back levels for SIA?

with the unprecedented bullish run we've seen with SIA, we will have to see it consolidate. The levels we can potentially buy back in 0.28 - 0.29 based on fibonacci levels. I was expecting it would be lower earlier, but the new volumes seem to be signalling more folks are recognizing the coin, what are your thoughts?
