Is SBI Life really preparing for an up-move

On a daily timeframe, SBI Life is continuously trading above 20 SMA and there seems to be no conviction in the up move with most of the last 10 candles in red though there is relatively increase in volume. Need to see if there will be a breakout or breakdown.
