SANICHI - Will it grow?

Note.
- There is a huge depreciation in price action in last 5 years.
- In a latest performance record, YTD is only -27.2% (which is bad) comparing last Yearly Performance - 11.1% (which is not impressive at all)
- The company believes the acquisition shares have the potential of strong appreciation in share price based on BCM's expected continuing profit track record and current business model. The acquisition will not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Sanchi Group for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2020.
